The Coast is our promise. We stay close to the thing we own, in sight of the business, in reach of the people who make it work.
And Ventures is the part we take most seriously. A business, well-run, is one of the most venture-ful things a person can do. We hope to do it with care.
Luke grew up in Michigan and spent the last twenty years operating in his family oil and gas ventures. Made up of acquisitions, integrations, and the slow education of what works and what doesn't when you're holding businesses for the long run.
Those lessons — including the expensive ones — are the bones of Mission Coast: one company, permanent capital, a firm the next generation would be proud to inherit.
